PICadvanced Online Store Shipping Policy
PICadvanced continuously works with all its partners to ensure that we are providing the best lead time available. Due to specificity and technical requirements of our products, the minimum delivery period is two weeks. Concerning maximum delivery period, if it is less than 3 months, automatic acceptance by the Customer occurs. If the lead time is higher than 3 months, PICadvanced will contact the Customer and must receive an acknowledgement by written by the Customer of such acceptance (partial deliveries can occur if agreed by both parties). In all cases, the specific lead time for each product is communicated with each order.If you have any time constraints – contact us! We will be glad to try to accommodate any requirements you may have.
We strive to have the best carriers working with us to provide you with the most suited shipping. Unless it is stated otherwise, shipping costs are included in the items’ price – meaning you don’t have to worry about extra fees driving the price of your order up!
Please bear in mind that our orders can be delivered any working day from 9h00 to 18h00, and that orders with more than one item might be delivered separately, as it may depend on where it is being sent from.
PICadvanced Online Store Return and Refund Policy
You have 14 days from the delivery date to initiate the return of any item bought at PICadvanced Online Store*. Please remember that the item needs to be in perfect conditions:
- Certify that the item has no use marks and that it is found without any visible damage;
- Ensure that the item is returned with all applicable original labeling and packaging and, if applicable, all the brand accessories;
*Please note that this policy does not apply to customized goods, specially manufactured according to the customer’s specifications.
Return an Item
To return an item from your order, please contact us directly using the form available at www.picadvanced.store/let-s-talk, choosing the option “RMA” of the form. A PICadvanced representative will contact you by e-mail in order to provide you with the return label and any applicable further instructions. After we receive your returned items and validate their conditions, we will refund you the payed amount.
