How can I place an order with PICadvanced Online Store?


Using PICadvanced Online Store is very easy, intuitive and user friendly.
1. Start by adding the item or items you want to the shopping cart – specific items may have technical variations that you need to choose from before being able to insert the order quantity – for example, desired temperature range. Please note that items may have minimum order quantities (MOQ) associated – this information can be found at the item description.
2. Once you’ve finished choosing all your products from our available selection, view your cart to confirm that everything is according to expected and proceed to checkout.
3. Enter your shipping details, including name, address and phone number.
4. Select the most convenient payment method for you.
5. Place your order.

How can I create an account?


Create an account is an easy and quick process. To create an account, simply click on the “Log In” button on the right corner of the homepage at https://www.picadvanced.store/. On the Register Here form that pops up, fill the required information (Name, E-Mail, Password, VAT number and Company if applicable) and click in Sign Up – and that’s it!




What should I do if I forget my password?


When you are trying to sign in, click on "Forgot Your Password", write your email address and we will e-mail you a link to reset your password.




Which payment methods can I use?


You can use Credit Card, PayPal and Bank Transfer to pay for your orders.




Where can I find my invoice?


Your invoice will be sent in paper format along with your order. You can also consult the invoices for all your orders, in digital format, in your account area at the website. Is it possible to change the shipping address?


If you see that you really need to change the shipping address, and the item hasn't been shipped out, we will still be able to change the shipping address.
